Mr. Marlon Small has been a fire Officer for the past twenty-three years, he is currently assigned and has responsibility for the Barbados Fire Academy as Training Officer and is presently carrying out the duties of Station Officer. He graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2008 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Fire and Rescue Technology. Mr .Small’s current philosophy is “Only the best is good enough”.
