Reniko D. Harte is a dedicated fire service professional and instructor with two years of experience at the Barbados Fire Academy. As the youngest instructor team member at 27, he brings energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence in training the next generation of firefighters.
Specializing as a drill instructor, Mr. Harte plays a vital role in shaping recruits and fire cadets through rigorous foot drill instructions while instilling discipline, coordination, and teamwork. His expertise extends beyond training, as he is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and currently holds a Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) in Assessment Level 4 from the TVET Council.
Mr. Harte is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the University of the West Indies, further strengthening his leadership and operational capabilities within the fire service.
