Mr. Andre Jackman is an eighteen-year veteran in the Barbados Fire Service. Within his career, He has been assigned to the Barbados Fire Service Urban Search and Rescue team, the Caribbean Search and Rescue team under CDEMA (Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency). And is currently attached to the Barbados Fire Academy since July 1st, 2021.
Mr. Jackman has gained his certification in Aerodrome Fire Fighting at the South Carolina Fire Academy in South Carolina, America, and is also certified in Urban Search and Rescue to the light level.
Andre has also attained specialized training in Mass Causality, Hazmat Awareness, and High Rise Fire Fighting.
From the day of his enlistment in November 2006. Mr. Jackman has been known for his commitment as a first responder, as he conducts his service with excellence.
