Mr. Henderson Patrick has served in the Barbados Fire Service for over 32 years; during his tenure he has supervised the Research and Planning Unit, Information, Communication and Technology Unit, Fire Prevention, Code Enforcement and Community Relations Unit and the Barbados Fire Academy. His academic achievements include a BSc in Management and Certificate in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and an Associate Degree in Fire and Rescue Technology and Fire Chief Diploma with distinction from Jefferson Community and Technical College in Kentucky. He is currently responsible for the Operational arm of the Department.
